1) All sales are final. No refunds. No exchange.

2) Minimum deposit of 25% to be paid on all orders.

3) Orders must be picked up or agreed for delivery immediately upon arrival, failing to do so will result in $20 storage fee per day (10-day grace period).

4) No services will be provided for pick up.

5) All orders are subject to contingency beyond our control.

6) All orders are subject to approval by company authorities.

7) H&M Home Décor reserves the right to cancel orders based on availability.

8) Purchaser acknowledges that warranty is valid with the manufacturer of product, if purchased.

9) All floor models and clearance models are sold “as is”.

10) It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all goods prior to pickup or delivery. Once goods are accepted, no claims shall be accepted except for manufacturer’s warranty on specified merchandise.

11) For products that cannot be inspected at time of pickup/delivery (i.e., boxed/wrapped), exchange is only applicable if the merchandise received is reported defective via email within 7 days. Products must have original tags and packaging.

12) Purchaser will be charged redelivery fee if delivery attempt fails due to customer absence.

13) Delivery dates are approximate and subject to contingencies beyond our control.

14) There are no warranties or guarantees against “wear and tear”.

15) Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover transportation expenses.

16) 25% of grand total will be charged towards cancellation of the order if customer wants to cancel order anytime after purchase.

17) Cancellation not applicable to special orders and deals (including but not limited to floor models, clearance items and discontinued merchandise).

18) H&M Home Décor does not dispose of any waste/boxes of merchandise provided to customers.

19) Customer is solely responsible for any furniture disposal.

20) All deliveries are made by third party companies which H&M Home Décor is not responsible for.

21) H&M Home Décor will not accept claims of any damages to property during delivery.

22) H&M Home Décor is not responsible for product to fit inside customer’s homes. It is solely the customer’s responsibility that the product fits inside their home.

23) 25% restocking fee is applied on all orders
